Lock/Unlock JTAG PowerPC e200z0

Hello, 

I would like to know how to lock/unlock (at software level) JTAG on PowerPC e200z0 (MPC56xx).

I did read this document:  AN4365: MPC56xx Flash Programming Through Nexus/JTAG – Application Note (nxp.com),

but i was not able to find an answer

What is the requirement to be able to lock/unlock and the JTAG ?

Hello,

To lock/unlock JTAG you simply follow the reference manual:

In case you want to unlock it via SW, then I suggest you to prepare routine to get Censorship into default state in your application in advance or you can always change it via JTAG access if password is known.
