JTAG Flash programming tool for MPC5534

Hi, 

I'm looking for a JTAG flash programmer (or XSVF player) for the MPC5534, and was hoping someone could point me into the right direction for something off the shelf which is reliable and preferably cost effective.

P&E Micro provides a free version of their debugger and their stand-alone flash programmer that will program up to 64K of code:

The CodeWarrior free edition supports up to 128K of code space. The debugger handles programming the flash and it does not provide a stand-alone flash programmer.

Standard Suite of CodeWarrior is unlimited.
