When I debug the MPC5742p mcu，The following error message pops up。Is the mcu secure?And

how I can unsecure it? IDE is S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture Version 2.1.

Hello,

One more thing you can try:

[peter] - You have to apply workaround:

1. run debug session

2. wait for message that there is reset escalation

3. disconnect J13 jumper (see screenshot)

4. click on OK and simultaneously put jumper J13 back

Do this few times and you will recover from this state.

Well, if the device is really secured. then without valid password you can trow it to waste bin.

check reset line on chip, if it is always low.

The device is only secured if you programmed censorship DCF records.

Did you programmed them?
