How can I reduce the CAN bootloader time for MPC5634M?

I made a project for the CAN bootloader of MPC5634M, the communication baundrate is 250kps, and the user application size is 200k.

when I use the CAN bootloader to download the user application, I spend 10 minute to download the application. the time is too long. How can I reduce the time?  I can change the communication baundrate from 250kps to 500 kps. Please give me some advise.
