Table 12-3 of Rev 4.0 of the MPC5553/MPC5554 Microcontroller Reference Manual lists the recommended pullup/pull down configuration for the external signals of the microcontroller when they are used as EBI signals. The column of the table titled "Pull" has a dash "--" entry for the address and data bus signals. What does the dash mean in regards to the recommended configuration for the pull up/pull down for the pin.
