Differences between two PNs for MPC5674F

Hello,

While playing with some development boards (one from NXP, the other from another maker) that use the MPC5674F, a colleague of mine noticed that one board used a chip with PN SPC5674FMVY3 while the other used a chip with PN SPC5674FMVV3. What are the differences between these?
