Hello，

I am using the Cyclone FX to do an offline program flashing of the MPC5744 chip, after making sure the hardware is connected correctly.

Script setup:CM - SS - EM - PM - VC

However, when writing to the controller through the 14PIN port, there is a problem of not being able to enter or exit debug mode

Hello,

Not sure what do you mean by offline programming.

Are you using NXP evaluation board, or you own board design?

There should be no issue connecting to this micro when you have not secured it via censorship and your voltages are in datasheet specified range.
