CodeWarrior Projects Migrate to S32 Projects Problems

hello, do you have some advice about CodeWarrior Projects Migrate to S32 Projects ? 

I encounter a lot of problems when I migrate a MPC5604B projects from CodeWarrior 10.7 to S32 . 

If you have some measures to solve the migration , please tell me .
