what about other dimensions on the drawing? Are they ok?
The drawing and dimensions are correct in datasheet. So, it will be caused by printer, most likely. I can't see other option.

Thanks your reply！ If I want to get 256 PIN of MCU,I can draw it by myself but it is easy to mistake。 So it have the way to download I think from Freescale 。If I find the way，will send to you Email。
