unable to flash MCU link FW

we have incorporated MCXN236 circuitry in our HW for one sensor application and we are trying to bring up HW.

I have placed the device in to ISP mode by shorting PIO0_5-ISP_EN-LED_SWD pin to ground. and i have connected MCU link probe and trying to flash MCU link FW using secure provisioning tool. write image option is disabled. not sure what i am missing. appreciate any help in this regard.snap shots attached.Thank you
