Hi support team,

I am working as an engineer in a consultancy company within consumer devices.

I am looking for a low-power MCU for my next project. The application will not require much processing power but I would need at least 100kB RAM and at least 350kB flash. I will also need at least 10 ADC channels.

I would recommend the MCX A Series Microcontrollers due to your RAM and Flash requirements more concretely from MCX A13 A14x MCX A15x Arm Cortex-M33- Low Power and Intelligent Peripherals the MCXA156 it has 128kB of RAM and 1024 kB of Flash.

It has up to 32 ADC Input channels (depending on the package).

The MCXC family only has up to 32 kB of SRAM and 256 kB of flash.
