Having issues reading from ADC0 on the MCXW71 microcontroller.
I have set up peripherals/pins using config tools as following:

I have configured it as a single ended measurement using VREFO set to 2V. The output I am getting from the ADC is ~720 to 730 in 12bit mode, with 1.9V on the pin (ADC0_15). The measurement should be close to 4096 at that voltage so I am thinking it is not reading correctly. What am I missing?

Hello, hope you are doing well.

Are you using a custom board or a FRDM board? Are you using any SDK example as base?

How is the board being powered, and how are you measuring/verifying the supply voltage? Could you confirm that the ADC pins are correctly configured and routed?

To verify the reference configuration, could you please measure the VREF_OUT voltage while the ADC is running and confirm if approximately 2.0 V is being sourced?

Best Regards,
Ana Sofia.
