MCXA346 max working temperature

I have a MCX A345/A346 MCU FRDM board. 

I want to test the real max working temperature of MCXA346.

1.  Does MCXA346 have temperature protection ? If yes, waht's the temperature ?

2. We plan use FRDM board to do high temperature test, waht is the max working temperature of FRDM board ?

3. Are there any other points that I need to pay attention to ?

Hello @346500452 

The operating temperature range of the MCXA345 is –40 °C to +125 °C.

The FRDM‑MCXA346 board contains various components, so you need to check each component’s datasheet individually. Most components used are rated for an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C.
