What are the ways we can program this board in a production setting?

What I know is : We can use MCU Link debug probe to debug one board at a time. and if we want mass programming then we have to use flasher - 4 segger ? 4 boards at a time? PE Micro? I don;t understand this.

Can anyone explain this in detail?

You need one programmer for each device, it could be accomplished with:

MCU-Link Pro Debug Probe described at AN14402: Programming Multiple Targets in Parallel by MCU-Link and LinkServer

PEmicro Cyclone programmer described at PEmicro Learning Center: Production Programming: Gang Programming with Cyclone Programmers
