HC9s12XDP512 controller out of space allocation in Segment RAM. RAM size is 0x2000 to 0x3FFF. But allocated space is 0x3FD3. Still I am getting issue.

it is not possible to say anything without full project packed to analyse. There can be issues in prm file, placement, pragma, function definition, function size.....

I suppose you use CodeWarrior v5.2.

Hi Lama,

Currently i am using codewarrior v5.1. 

What will be the possible areas have to verify for analysing this issue? Please let me know.

• prm file all memory addresses are fine.(i hope placement also covered in this point)
• Same pragma used for definitions and their externs.
• I dont get Function definition and function size as function size related to code memory.
