Hello, currently i'm working with my MKE16Z4 board and debug like normal then i met with the error

EraseSector (0x0, 0x0, 0x3) status 0x1 - driver reported driver error - INTKFMM driver rc 16 - Flash protection violation

Sectors written: 3, unchanged: 0, total: 3

Closing flash driver FTFA_1K.cfx

Target error from Commit Flash write: Ef(49): Flash driver operation gave error.

GDB stub (D:\LinkServer_1.6.133\binaries\crt_emu_cm_redlink) terminating - GDB protocol problem: Pipe has been closed by GDB.

Does anyone know how to fix this? i had tried mass erase but its still not success.
Thanks for your help.

hi,NguyenPhong

Thank you for your interest in NXP Semiconductor products and the opportunity to serve you, I will gladly help you with this.

1.You can use the SDK demo routine (frdmke16z_led_blinky) to debug and check whether the development board has hardware problems.

2. find you use the MCUXpresso IDE, please check the appropriate flash driver. As in the picture.

3.Make sure your MKE16Z4 board is properly connected to the debugger, poor hardware connection or power problems can also cause debugging failure.

Wish it helps you.

If you still have question about it,please kindly let me know.
