MCUXpresso Secure Provisioning TOOL issue

I have led blinky .bin file , here we use J flash tool to flash the bin file at address 0x60000000 and its working ok 

but same .bin file I tried to flash using secure provisioning tool- tool - flash programmer at x60000000  but its not working

Hi Mahesh,

can you share your SEC tool workspace? From description you provided it is hard to guess, where the problem is. We even do not know what processor are you using.

Can you write the image using JFlash and verify it in flash programmer? You should see the differences.
