IMX8MM MCUXspresso memory setup

Hi,

I am using MCUXpresso IDE under windows.

I downloaded the SDK for IMX8MM and setup the envarinment according:

Getting Started with MCUXpresso SDK for EVK-MIMX8MM.pdf

i succesed to build the project, after taking base project based on MIMXRT1064.

I have an issue according device memory mapping.

I need help with xml/cfx file for MIMX8MM6 ?

Hello,

   The MCUX IDE practically is not used with the i.MX8 SDK. Only toolchain
in command line mode is applied to build and run the demo applications. Use just
SDK documentation (not MCUX IDE documentation). Note, IAR may be used as IDE.
The SDK package should be preliminary unzipped, it will be used further just
as code sources. For more details refer to "Getting Started with MCUXpresso
SDK..." (in /doc directory of the SDK package).

Hello,

I alrady read the "Getting Started with MCUXpresso
SDK..." ...

For now i will use IAR as IDE - Have the needs to purchase a license.

I hope that NXP understand the needs for base projects sample under MCUX IDE for IMX8.
