Changing associated SDK during project development

Hello community,

is it possible to change the SDK associated to/used in a project?

I started development with an evaluation board using the IMXRT1170-EVK SDK but want to switch to the evalboards processor SDK (IMXRT1176xxx). A folder diff showed they are both identical concerning the used drivers, yet I don't know how to change which SDK is being used in the project.

Any suggestions?

There might be some differences in the modules or other features. You can change the MCU settings for the part:

However, I suggest you start a new project for the target device and import your source files.
