stdio.h in IDE 11.3.0

Hello.

In new IDE, new project not founds stdio library.
Programs  "arm-none-eabi-c++.exe"  and "arm-none-eabi-gcc.exe" not present among others in ...\tools\bin directory.

What can be wrong?

They are present in my install.

Check your antivirus software - they could have been quarantined (incorrectly).

Yes! The antivirus was the reason (Avast free)

Switching off the antivirus during reinstall solved the problem.
