Program flash LPC-LINK2 issue

I noticed that when I use 

crt_emu_cm_redlink -flash-load-exec  ...

some bytes in the last sector of flash LPC1115 are not correct.

When I use command 

crt_emu_cm_redlink -flash-load

all is fine.

Using which toolchain - the old LPCXpresso IDE, or the current MCUXpresso IDE? And which version? And if using LPCXpresso IDE, please try the current MCUXpresso IDE out.

I would suggest posting more details into the appropriate toolchain forum.
