MCUXpresso Hangs

A project that's worked for months now hangs.
I rebooted windows, same result.
MCUXpresso 11.2 on Windows 10.

Image of dialog where its looping infinitely,
burning gobs of CPU, PC fan spinning at max, aaarrrgggg...

How to I get this thing working agin?
