MCUXPRESSO IDE -Red Link server problem

Hi,

In Mcuxpresso during the flash the program using ULINK-2 to 55S16 Microcontroller where the Red Link server notification occurred during some periods of time. I am just restart the Mcuxpresso IDE and Flash the code to the controller it correctly happends.Then After some period of time(1hr) it shows the notification as Red Link server problem.

I was changing the ULINK setup Multiple times but the Red Link server exception showed and unable to flash the program.

Hi @VIGNESH_BABU,

This issue is likely caused because of a disconnection between the MCU and the debugger, or the debugger and the host PC. Make sure you are using good cables, with no bends or scratches and prevent doing sudden movements to the MCU or debugger that might affect the connections between them. Have you tried using a different debugger?

Yes we using different debugger.But some period of delay which causes the Red Linker server Exception during flash the program.Thank you

Hi @VIGNESH_BABU,

Please also try changing the cables for both the connection between the MCU and the debugger, as well as the connection between the debugger and the host PC.
