The MCUXpresso SDK and IDE, CLOCKS and PINS do not yet support Kinetis Motor Suite. KMS requires Kinetis SDK 1.3 mainline with IDE to be either KDS3.2 or IAR. The software desgin team has the port on their todo list but it is not yet scheduled. The port would be from SDK 1.3 to SKD 2.x latest, which as you may know is a complete re-write of the code.
The NXP motor control reference projects are supported with MCUXpresso tools and SDK. So if you need to spin a motor try out the Motor Control Automated Tuner (MCAT) built into the Freemaster tool.
We do think KMS will be supported this year 2017.
