Java.lang.NullPointerException

When I click exit, MCUXpresso always show Java.lang.NullPointerException error message.

And I can't shot down or exit MCUXpresso

Could you post the .log file insider your workspace .metadata folder? Usually that log file contains useful information and the stack trace to identify what the problem is.

Hi,

please try patched plugin in the link bellow. Please do following:

1. close the MCUXpresso IDE

2. do a backup of the plugin com.nxp.swtools.periphs.gui_0.0.1.201711131454.jar located typically here: c:\nxp\MCUXpressoIDE_10.1.1_606\ide\plugins\

3. replace it with this https://mcuxpresso.nxp.com/staticdata/com.nxp.swtools.periphs.gui_0.0.1.201711131454.jar 
4. start IDE again

Please let me know if that helped with the Null Pointer dialog.

the log helped, it seems like a problem in the Peripherals tool. I'll pass it to the team and let you know, if there's any workaround. Are you using the Peripherals tool in your project?
