How to unbind Ctrl+O?

I am using MCUXpresso 11.7.1.

In Window/Preferences/Keys I have un-bound the Ctrl+O keystroke.

However, when I am editing a C file and press Ctrl+O I always get a file dialog titled "Open Microcontrollers Expert Configuration (MEX)".

How can I un-bind this key so that I can use it for something else?
