Error faced during debugging a newly created project in MCUxpresso IDE

Hi team,

I was trying to create a new project in MCUxpresso IDE (instead of importing the SDK example project).

I have followed the steps mentioned in the section "5.1 New Project Wizard" of the MCUxpresso IDE user guide document. But when i am trying to debug using the existing USB cable or even using the PEmicro debugger, the below mentioned error i am facing when i click on debug icon in IDE.

I am also attaching the user guide for reference, Kindly suggest any configuration or settings in the IDE to solve the above error which is not seen when using the existing SDK examples.

  Your log mentioned the flashdriver have issues.

So, you need to check your new created project flashdriver for the CMSIS DAP:

Please check it, you also can compare it with the SDK demo which is working.

Should we tick mark the below CMSIS driver for resolving the flash driver for CMSIS issue.?

Because under the CMSIS include option everything is tick marked and included.

Hi @Jeevan ,

  In fact, if you don't use the CMSIS driver operation, you tottaly can don't use it.

 But, if you still have issue, you can refer to the working SDK demo, to add the related CMSIS Driver.

I have compared with the SDK example and the new project which i had created, but still unable to find the difference as all the settings till now are same.
