Windows 10

I have been using MCUXpresso 10.1.1 on Windows 7 without any problems but I can't get this or version 10.2.1 to run at all on Windows 10. On initial execution of the IDE program, version 10.1.1 stalls on the opening logo screen without indicating what it is doing while version 10.2.1 stalls indicating that it is trying to load com.crt.lpcxpresso.brand. Does this program run on Windows 10?

I have solved this myself. The installation program does succeed when executed by by a user with Admin rights even if not run "As Admin" . However, unless the installer is run "As Admin" the IDE program itself must be run "As Admin" to avoid this initial stall.
