Using a OM40007 and when debugging cant connect to target (LPC54018)

This is the error I get after clicking debug

I have no clue what I am doing wrong and have tried using the target reset button and the reset button on the target.

I was able to debug 1 time and when I did that the code was running and I didn't hit f8 yet and configured a pin the updated code without stoping the program, ever since I get this error any recommendations are welcomed.
