Stuck at ResetISR function

Hello all, 

I have yet to be able to upload to my MIMXRT685-AUD-EVK. 

I am trying to run any of the SDK examples, and every time I hit debug It throws me into the ResetISR function and I cannot step. If I try and set a breakpoint, it says "The debugger has set two breakpoints at the same address 0x[insert address]". In the debugger console it says "monitor exec SetRestartOnClose=1". 

Any help would be appreciated!
