Launching a JLink Debug encountered a problem

I have encountered a problem when I install the MCUXpresso IDE to my new windows 10 PC.

I finished the installation and imported my project, which was no problem before. When i tried to run the debug session, however, the IDE showed me an error message: Launching JLink Debug has encountered a problem. I went to the details: "Error in final launch sequence. Failed to execute MI command: -break-insert -t -f main".

And it also shows "Error message from debugger back end: Cannot access memory at address 0xab4"

If I restart the GDB server and launch debug first time. It showed "No source available for "0xfffffffe"

Please help on this

Hi Jiequiu,

Could you tell us which MCU and board are you using? Is your board using OpenSDA? Does the board works correctly on you old computer?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Carlos,

The IDE is working without any problem now!

When I installed  the MCUXpresso IDE, I forgot to install the SDK and it gave me the issue. With the correct SDK, the IDE works fine.

Regards

Jieqiu
