there is no ".exe" of the "KinetisFlashTool" in the package.
Please, How am I suppose to use it ?

It is included in KBOOT2.0 release package, please download it from www.nxp.com/kboot.
KinetisFlashTool supports programming the KE18F devices via LPUART.
