-when a user submit a request we generate a QR code that contains all the information about that request

-when a user modify a request we generate a new QR code with the related changes

-the user will receive an email with the QR code on the email address that he used to submit/modify the request

-in order to read the QR code we connected a webcam to the UDOO board and used Java Script in order to capture and analyze the image
