The NXP kernel license is on the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2.

I want to develop my software is based on the kernel and device driver that I would call functions.

Therefore, I have a few questions.

(1) Can I use the functions (GPL v2) for business?

(2) Do I need to get the license ?

(3) Do I need to public my software?
