SDK 2.0 How to build and add RT-Tests package in yocto for rootfs?

How do we build the RT-tests as a package in yocto and build it into the rootfs?  We do not see a package for the RT patch supported for local.conf when building.  What enables the Yocto RT-test package in yocto?

Also, can it be built for both the core and full image builds?

Also it should be noted, PREEMPT_RT has been validated on the LS1043ARDB by NXP.

The name of the SDK package that contains rt tests is 'rt-tests'
