Question Regarding TSN Configuration on LS1028a？

I am currently working on secondary development related to TSN using the LS1028A platform. In the manual, I noticed that the tsntool is recommended for configuring TSN-related features. I would like to know if there are alternative methods to configure TSN without using tsntool. For example, can I directly manipulate the enetc driver for configuration? If so, is there any documentation available for the driver?

Direct configuration through Linux is not supported, please kindly use the tsntool.

That is to say, during secondary development, I can only either call this tool within my own code or reference its source code in my project. Is that correct?
