Hello,

one of our customers want to use 1000Base-KX with the LS1046A CPU.  When researching I found the following comment in the 6.12.33 Linux Mainline kernel in    /tree/drivers/net/ethernet/freescale/fman/fman_memac.c

/* TODO: The following interface modes are supported by (some) hardware
	 * but not by this driver:
	 * - 1000BASE-KX
	 * - 10GBASE-KR
	 * - XAUI/HiGig
	 */

This comment is missing in the QoriQ Linux kernel repository so I'm wondering if it will be possible to use Linux Mainline kernel with 1000Base-KX.

Dear @timsalabim,
Unfortunately it is not possible to use it with that release, please use an older release, such the 6.1.55
