LS1043ARDB's SDBoot DIP switch settings with Code Warrior+JTAG

I am preparing the LS1043ARDB's development environment under CodeWarrior. I will also connect JTAG TAP.

I am unable to find LS1043ARDB's DIP Switch settings for SD Card boot  in the https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/quick-reference-guide/CWARMv8GS.pdf.

What are the recommended settings for DIP SW3, SW4 and SW5 with LS1043ARDB SD boot?

What is the use of SW3[8] SDHC_SPICS switch?

What is the recommended value for CodeWarrior+JTAG setup?

The SDHC_SPICS controls multiplexing between SDHC_VS and SPI_CS0.

If SD card is used, then SDHC_SPICS should be 0 (OFF).
