LS1043A Custom Board codewarrior JTAG Diagnose Error

Hi~Expert!

We are developing a custom board using the LS1043A processor.
Referring to LS1043ARDB, we replaced CPLD with FPGA and controlled PORESET_B to confirm that HRESET_B is normally ASSERTed and then DE-ASSERTed. At this time, RCW_SRC[0:8] was set to 0x9F. (Only DIFF_SYSCLK 100MHz is used.)

The next step is to connect to the device using CodeWarrior. However, when we click Diagnose Connection to check, an error occurs as shown below at the "Run target Initialization script" stage and we cannot proceed any further.

At this time, the Scan IDCODE is as follows.

* Device 0  IDCODE: 5BA00477 Device: ARM DAP rev 5.x

* Device 1  IDCODE: 06B1201D   Device: Unmapped NXP Device

In the initialization script file, USE_SAFE_RCW = True and BOOT_CHIP_SELECT = 2 are set.

and TA.rcw.set_source(0x9F)

I don't know if an error occurs when entering the internal register writing stage for DDR4 settings. (It's the same even if I change the address)
