LS1027A with DDR3 failed on CodeWarrior - D_INIT timeout

Hello,

We are using the LS1027AE processor in a custom board with a DDR3 (IS43/46TR16256BL-125K). We are trying to program its eMMC with the CodeWarrior. First, we try to run the diagnostic routine to see if is everything OK. After executing it, the target initialization script fails due to D_INIT timeout (ERR_DETECT = 0x80), making the "Test DDR memory access" failing it too. See the image below:

Could someone help me to understand where our mistake is?

Obs.: Find our target initialization file, the DDR datasheet, and the CCS log (with log v) attached to this post.

Flash Programmer can operate even if DDR SDRAM is not initialized.

Please use the CodeWarrior QCVS DDR Tool wizard and provide screenshot of the filled DDR configuration (refer to the attached).

Please provide the processor connection schematics as PDF for inspection.

Using the DDR Tool Wizard, we were able to configure and program our eMMC device.
