There is no RM as such for LS1024A. The information you would normally find in the RM is kinda split between the datasheet (hardware-related things, e.g. pinmux, un-used pin terminations), and the Software Users Guide and BSP Manual. The initial pinmuxing is mostly done via hardware pulls at reset, but this is described in the datasheet.
We only support the LS1024A with the OpenWRT-based SDK and ASK software platforms. So the documentation for the software is available (on CIA), but we do not provide a hardware reference manual to customers
