I Can't Find the CodeWarrior's Target Task Option

i have install the CW_ARMv7_v2019.10_b191127_Win_Setup.exe and do follow

6.3 CodeWarrior Flash Programmer:

1. From the Window menu, select Show View, Other. In the filter text box, type in "target task" and double click on "Target Tasks"

but i can't find the Target Task menu, 

i have saw somewhere said it is a plugin, how to install it ?

now i don't have the CodeWarrior TAP and i saw the tools can use CWSIS-DAP  to replace CodeWarrior TAP, 

so i want to know which cwsis-dap i should, is here any recommendation for me.

Please open "Target Task" panel from Window->Show View->Other->Debug->Target Task, then in "Target Task" panel please right click "Root" to import flash programing template file for your target board.
