How to boot from SD Card in Blue Box 3.0 without open the case

Hello community,

I am trying to boot from SD card. I came across this page Automatically download and deploy LSDK images but in step 5. i have to touch on computer board.

Make sure the DIP switch settings on the board are correct to boot from the desired boot medium.

I am a beginner in electronics. Does anyone know how to boot from a removable drive in a more simple way?

All our boards are designed to explore all the possibilities.

If you only want to boot from the SD card, We recommend putting the switches in the SD boot position and closing the box, you can connect the sd card without open the box.

So, to clarify I mandatorily have to open the box case to put the switches in the SD boot position? Then I can boot from SD card without open the box anymore, right?
