DRAM Issue on LS1046A

Hi ,

I have initialized DRAM using QCVS Tool and was using DRAM successfully till date ,But suddenly I see that DRAM is currently not initializing properly Like it should have 0XDEADBEEF as initial value but I see many memory location having some random initial value .
 For reference I have pasted the Trace32 memory dump of DRAM  below.
Please check and let me know why this is happening?

• Your RCW file configuration
• Your DDR configuration in CodeWarrior 
• Can you do a QCVS DDR validation and share with a log with the results?
