DPDK packet capture support on DPAA2

Hi,

Does DPAA2 support packet capture based on 
https://doc.dpdk.org/guides-22.03/tools/pdump.html?highlight=pdump, or
https://doc.dpdk.org/guides-22.03/tools/dumpcap.html?highlight=dumpcap ?

- 'dpdk-testpmd' + 'dpd-pdump'

after execution of dpdk-pdump, one new port will be added in testpmd.

'dpdk-testpmd' + dpdk-dumpcap'?

None of 2 ways above can capture packets.

My is DPDK repo: https://github.com/nxp-qoriq/dpdk.git, with tag 'la12xx-sdk3.1'.
