Micron MT40A512M16JY-083E-AAT-B vs  ISSI  IS46QR16512A-083TBLA2

If we calibrate/test/pass our design using the Micron DDR4...

...would you know if this ISSI DDR4 will work without any driver changes to our LS1046A?

Checking if others may have done this already when replacing the EOL Micron -083 DDR4.

I hope it will drop in and work using the calibration settings for the Micron DDR4 -083 speed grade.

Note that the operating speed is 1600Mt/s in our LS1046A design.

We do not have such reports from customers. Basically timing parameters of different SDRAM manufacturers are very close to each other, most probably setup changing will not be needed. Anyway, it would be advisable to run DDR validation tool with new memory devices to confirm/validate memory settings.
