Build envtools in LLDP environment

Hi, 

I am trying to build the fw_printenv (means env tools) in the LLDP environment using bitbake u-boot-qoriq, and I was successfully able to build the complete U-boot except for env tools  Please help to get the env tools on my environment. and even tried to change the u-boot-qoriq_2022.04.bb layer also but no use.

fw_printenv and fw_setenv are built-in commands in LLDP, please try to test with the ls-image-main, for more information please refer to the LLDPUG
