reset grayed out

Debug has reset and the rest of the debug buttons  grayed out. I have been using 8.2.2 and the debug worked fine. I noticed there now is only the multiple debug session icons lit and the rest of the debug icons are grayed out. I did not make any changes to the IDE I just rebooted my computer and this happened. How can I return to the normal debug with all theicons active?

This is an issue we have seen quite a few times in the past (though not that much recently), and there are several previous threads on it - for instance :

However it has proved very difficult to replicate, track down and fix.

If you encounter the problem again, generally creating a new workspace and importing your projects across seems to work, as does renaming/moving the following file in your workspace :  .metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.debug.ui

I reinstalled teheIDE and it is normal again.
