problems in systwinkle program using lpcxpresso ide

i am new to using lpcxpresso ide. I am using the lpcxpresso 1769 controller. i was able to debug the existing sample systwinkle program but i am not able to flash the program into the microcontroller. The option itself is not available in the lpc ide. somebody please mention how i flash the program

When you download using the debugger, it automatically places the code into flash.

So, what doesn't work? If you want us to help, you need to explain what you have done and what isn't working.
