How to run examples for LPCexpresso V2 board with LPCexpresso IDE.?

I try to run examples from LPCexpresso IDE. I am getting attached page. Unable to get through this. 

Kindly support to debug. I am using  OM13058: LPCXpresso board for LPC11U68.

Debug button is not enabled.

Please read the supplied User Manual for details of how to import, build and then start a debug session for the LPCOpen examples. You can find the examples inside the Examples subdirectory of your product install.

Note that if this is a new project that you are working on, you might want to consider using the newer MCUXpresso IDE product (which has now superseded LPCXpresso IDE) : http://www.nxp.com/mcuxpresso/ide
